  • Items once purchased cannot be returned unless found to be defective in quality.
  • For return requests due to quality issues, Nairah will issue gift cards, which can be used for future purchases at nairah.pk.
  • You may reach out to us within 7 days of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with the invoice.
  • All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by Nairah at the customer’s expense.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or declined payments by your authorized bank.
